RESERVATION:

b. Reservations can be made directly from our website, by sending a written request to the e-mail address [email protected] or by telephone at +39 3272471349 or 0525 999366
c. The booking request must indicate: the number of rooms requested, the name, the surname, the date of arrival, the date of departure, the number of guests, the age of any children (in order to be able to propose tailor-made quotes for different needs), the presence of any pets, telephone number and e-mail address to receive communications. Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.
d. DEPOSIT / DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservation, you can choose a credit card (using the PayPal route) or bank transfer as the payment method. A deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged / requested. In case of cancellation up to 8 days before the expected date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded 100%. In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. Only in case of cancellation due to covid-19 will a voucher of the same amount be issued to be used later. For all other cases, the amount is not refundable.
And. The reservation is also considered valid by bank transfer, as long as it specifies the period and duration of the stay, the address, the telephone number, the sender's name and the accommodation assigned.
f. The period of stay is considered within the limits of the agreed dates. We therefore ask you to respect the dates of arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) respectively.
g. Confirmation of the booking will be communicated only after receiving the booking request with credit card or bank transfer data.
h. Rates are per day (per night) regardless of the time of entry.
the. The arrangement agreed at the time of booking remains valid for the entire period of stay:
- Room / apartment with breakfast; the overnight stay includes the room and / or apartment and buffet breakfast: meals taken at "La Vecchia Colonia" will be counted extra. The B&B treatment does not include meals, with the exception of breakfast (served in the lounge of the “LA Vecchia Colonia” Bar) and neither drinks and drinks made at the bar. At breakfast, customers cannot take food or drinks out of the bar
- Apartment without breakfast: the overnight stay includes only the apartment. The Casa Vacanza treatment does not include meals
j. The price of the stay DOES NOT include: drinks and drinks at the bar, drinks such as "Restaurant", damage to people or property and anything not expressly indicated in the offer
k. CHILDREN 0-2 YEARS: the B & B La Castagna Matta, if expressly requested in the reservation, provides small guests with cots and / or seats
CHANGES TO BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS:
to. In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation during the booked period due to difficulties with means of transport, errors or other personal reasons, there is normally no refund for early departures or delays on arrival
b. We kindly ask our customers to understand that the booked period will be charged in full even in the event of early departure: however, the full amount of the overnight stay only for the remaining nights must be paid
c. Customers who leave early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation pursuant to art. 1385_1386 cc
d. In the event of any misunderstandings at the time of booking, the management undertakes to provide, when possible, to different accommodation in rooms or equivalent structures
BALANCE OF THE STAY:
The balance of the stay is due by the time of check-out by cash or credit card (travel Checks and personal or bank checks are not accepted.

CHARGE FOR LOSS OF KEYS: The breakage or loss of the key will be counted with a minimum amount of € 5.00 for the duplicate of each key.
NON-DECLARED GUESTS: Any people staying in the same room, but not declared at the time of booking or upon arrival, will be charged to the holder of the reservation with a rate increased by 40% on the daily price with the option of the management and the property to report to the authorities of P.S. all unauthorized persons, found inside the b & b.

DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests respond and are called to pay compensation for damage caused by them or caused by people or animals under their responsibility. IN CASE OF MISSING LINEN AND / OR ACCOMMODATION OBJECTS, WE WILL BE FORCED TO CHARGE IT TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
ARRIVAL (Check-In)
to. DELIVERY OF ROOMS: The delivery of the rooms is NOT scheduled before 12:00 and will be guaranteed until 20:00, unless otherwise agreed. We therefore ask you to agree on the expected arrival time at the time of booking.
b. ARRIVAL TIME: Check-in 12:00 - 20:00 Any arrivals after this time must be reported to the Management at the time of booking and agreed for acceptance by the same. If due to force majeure, it is not possible to arrive on time, it is essential to notify the B&B. If room availability is requested earlier than the established hours, the previous night will be considered as the first overnight stay.
c. Early check-in and late check-out: they are possible only if requested and confirmed by the B&B with a small supplement.
d. ROOM DELIVERY: if the room is ready before check-in time, it will be assigned immediately, otherwise it will be possible to leave your luggage at the reception of the b & b and access the common areas.
And. WELCOME POINT: The welcome point on arrival is at the "La Vecchia Colonia" Bar which is located nearby
f. PARKING SPACES: Parking is free and is available in the immediate vicinity of the B&B.
g. CHECKING the ROOM: Please report immediately any damage or inefficiencies and malfunctions that you should encounter when staying in your room. Any damage found subsequently will be attributed to you. As regards the accommodation with kitchen, we ask you to clean the dishes used before departure or to pay a supplement of Euro 50.00 if this is not done
h. EXPULSION and REMOVAL: The Management, as provided for by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the regulations or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance.
DEPARTURE
to. ROOM RETURN: rooms MUST be returned by 10:00 am. Unauthorized extensions after this time will be considered as an extension of the stay and charged.
b. PENALTY for DELAYED DEPARTURE: After 10:00 am, the total cost of the room for a whole day will be charged to the customer.
